Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chips Bread

Tools Needed: Paring knife 2 mixing bowls Spatula 9"x5" loaf pan Parchment paper Measuring spoons Ingredients: 4 large ripe bananas mashed, about 1.5 cups 2 large eggs 1/4 cup (57g) butter melted and cooled 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 2/3 cups (200g) gluten-free measure for measure all-purpose flour (I used King Arthur) 1/2 cup coconut sugar (white sugar will do) 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2/3 cup (85g) chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9"x5" loaf pan with parchment paper 2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl (I used my manual food processor). Be sure you have 1 1/2 cups. 3. In a separate bowl, stir together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon until combined. 4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry mix. Stir until fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips. (You may also add chopped walnuts or pecans) 5. Transfer the batter to the parchment-lined loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 6. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. 7. Let it cool for 30 minutes before slicing service. Gluten-Free Banana Bread THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
